A six-month membership for service-based business owners and their teams where everyone owns their role to allow you as the leader to have the bandwidth to create a flourishing business and personal life.

Beginning April 1st, our circle app community will open to foster community connection & familiarity with the app! The first two calls will be hosted on April 8th (owners/CEOs) and April 15th (teams/employees). All calls are hosted at 7pm CST / 8pm EST and will be recorded.

Every subsequent month, owner/CEO calls will be hosted on the first Wednesday of the month and team/employee calls will be hosted on the second Wednesday of the month.

The Collective will close March 31st at 11pm CST or as soon as all spots are filled. We are not opening this broadly and are intentionally keeping this community limited so that we can really get into the emotional depth of the people running your company and can tailor the cohort to each business' specific needs.

The Circle app community opens up on April 1st — your first space to introduce yourself, meet the other practices, and begin connecting before the calls start.

Owner onboarding calls get scheduled as soon as you sign up and render payment. Once onboarded, calls are the first two Wednesdays of each month & yes, they are recorded. 

First owner/CEO group call: April 8th - 7pm CST
First team/employee group call: April 15th - 7pm CST

FounderS

We didn't build Heartwork because we had it figured out. We built it because we spent years learning the hard way what it actually takes to lead from a place that's whole.

Dr. Sara built Freedom Chiropractic from the ground up in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2015. What looked like a growing practice from the outside was, for years, being run by a leader who was performing her way through it. The systems worked. The numbers moved. But the person running it was giving from a place that had never been fully replenished. It wasn't until she began doing her own deep inner work — through years of personal development, mentorship, and a willingness to look at the parts of herself she'd been avoiding that her leadership changed. And when her leadership changed, everything else followed.

Dr. Marisa spent the first chapter of her life being the girl who could do everything — and did. First-born, high-achieving, endlessly capable. She moved cities, built practices, led teams, poured into everyone around her. And yet she sat thinking: I have everything going for me. Why do I feel so stuck? It took selling a practice, moving across the country and finally sitting still long enough to really hear herself to understand the difference between building a life that looked successful and building one that actually felt like hers.

Both of our journeys continue. We navigate the messy middle of life daily. The difference is, we've done enough work to realize when woundings, the inner critic, and the dysfunction is creeping up so we can consciously make different decisions, in business and in our personal lives.

Together, we've been walking alongside leaders and their teams, helping them see that the gap between where they are and where they want to be isn't a strategy, systems, or numbers problem. It's a heart problem. And the Heartwork? It's the most important work you'll ever do.
